Jo Ellen of Omaha takes the cake!

I had the privilege of accompanying one of my best friends at The Omaha Bridal Show this weekend. Although we were disappointed she didn't win the $2000 wedding gown (Yes, they gave one lucky bride $2,000 towards her wedding dress!), I was pleasantly surprised when I grabbed a piece of Jo Ellen's french vanilla cake. We've all had our share of bad wedding cake, and I had convinced myself that I really didn't care much for cake. That all changed on Sunday. If you are anywhere near Omaha and want a cake that not only looks beautiful but tastes unbelieveable, I highly recommend Simply Elegant Cakes.
